Terms of service
Last updated 30 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Scanvio, operated by TSN Tech & Strategy Network. Using the service means accepting them.
What Scanvio does
Scanvio helps Amazon book sellers decide what to buy, list it on Amazon, keep it priced against competing offers, and ship it into FBA. It also runs a small marketplace where sellers can sell books they cannot list themselves.
Using it requires your own Amazon Seller account. Scanvio acts on that account with the permission you grant, and you remain responsible for everything done under it.
Your account
Keep your password and API token secret. Tell us promptly if you believe either has been compromised. One account is for one business — do not share credentials.
You must comply with Amazon's own policies. Scanvio does not exempt you from them, and cannot be used to do anything Amazon prohibits.
Billing
Plans are monthly and priced in US dollars: Starter $19, Pro $39, Unlimited $59. Each plan includes a monthly scan allowance; Unlimited also includes marketplace publishing and buying.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time from Manage billing — access continues to the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund partial months, and we do not bill you again after you cancel.
Changing plan mid-month adjusts your existing subscription and prorates the difference; it never creates a second subscription.
Automatic repricing
Repricing is off by default and, once enabled, starts in a mode that records decisions without sending them. Both settings are yours to change, and every decision is written to an audit trail you can read.
When enabled, Scanvio changes your Amazon prices on your behalf within the limits you set — a price floor, a ceiling and a maximum change per adjustment. Those limits are yours to configure and yours to check. We are not liable for the commercial outcome of prices set within them.
Shipments and shipping costs
When you confirm a transportation option using an Amazon-partnered carrier, Amazon charges your seller account for postage. Scanvio shows the carrier and the cost before you confirm; the charge is between you and Amazon.
The marketplace
Where sellers buy and sell books through Scanvio, payment is held until the buyer confirms receipt, then released to the seller. A flat $2.00 fee is paid by the buyer on top of the item price. Refunds can be requested while payment is still held; confirming receipt closes that window.
Availability
We aim to keep Scanvio available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Amazon's APIs have rate limits and outages of their own, and some features stop working when Amazon is unreachable. We will not pretend otherwise: where we cannot get an answer from Amazon, the app tells you so rather than guessing.
Limits of liability
Scanvio provides information and automation to help you make decisions. The decisions remain yours. We are not liable for buying choices, pricing outcomes, lost profit, or action taken by Amazon against your seller account.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending it
You can cancel or delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or puts our Amazon developer standing at risk — with notice wherever circumstances allow.
Changes
We will email account holders before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use Scanvio after that means accepting the revised terms.
